Process For Setting Up of dura autogas dispensing station

Dealer having the required land(900 sq. mts. with 30 mts. frontage) and sound financials applies to Durable Gas Pvt. Ltd. (DGPL) for Auto LPG Dealership.

DGPL marketing team visits site and approves the site for installation of ALDS.

Dealer enters into Dealership Agreement and completes other necessary formalities with DGPL.

Application to Chief Controller of Explosives (CCoE) with layout plan of ALDS and key plan of 100 metre radius for obtaining plan approval with simultaneous application to Commissioner of Police / District Collector for obtaining NOC.

Dealer applies for NOC's from applicable local authorities.

Placement of order on DGPL by the dealer for taking up activities for installation.

Dealer commences Civil work at his site.

Mobilization of equipment by DGPL to the Dealers premises.

Mechanical installation, piping work, electrical installation and pre-commissioning.

Final approval of CCoE in confirmation of construction in accordance with approved layout plan.

License from CCoE for Dispensing Autogas.

License from RTO for operating Authorized Retro-Fitment Center.

Training by DGPL to the ALDS operators.

Commissioning of Autogas Dispensing Station & Auto Retro-Fitment Center.

Site should be leveled at 1ft. above road level.

Tank pit excavation to be done by dealer in case there is hard rock strata.

Culvert to be built if required.
